23 July	Registrations fees are increased by 25%. For authors who have registered but didn't send the bank proof yet, please multiply the amount by 1.25 before sending it. Otherwise you will be charged at desk. For authors who didn't yet registered, the total amount will take into account the additional late registration charge.
19 July	Updated Deadline: Send the bank transfer proof by 22 July 2019, 23h59. All registration fees will automatically increase by 25% after this date.
04 July	Deadlines are extended. You have time to prepare the Camera Ready version according to reviewers comments. Copy-paste of sentences from previous authors published work or from other papers is detected by Crosscheck tool. Authors must write their own sentences in order to go below 30% of the Crosscheck score.
03 July	Acceptance notifications sent to authors for mainly all the tracks. Camera ready and registrations deadlines will be postponed. Please review carefully the reviewers comments and IEEE crosscheck pdf file to fall under 30% for the finale version. For any information request, please use the ICAEE email address (and not CMT) to contact us and provide: Paper ID, Title and Track name.
29 June	Deadlines are updated.
25 June	Website modification (Final Paper Submission) to inform the authors how to submit the final (camera ready) of their version paper. Any submissions that does not follow IEEE PDF eXpress requirements will not be included in the proceeding and IEEE Xplore indexing
25 June	The reviewing process is ended. Track chairs will inform you in the following days about the decision regarding your submission. Each track is independent. Authors will receive an email from their track chair and not from CMT chair.
