Any submissions that does not follow IEEE PDF eXpress requirements will not be included in the proceeding and IEEE Xplore indexing. Copyright Form must be signed. Registration is open.
08 June 2024	Notification of acceptance / rejection of papers sent to authors. Please log to CM3 to see the remarks of the reviewers and prepare your Camera Ready version of your paper.
22 April 2024	Crosscheck (plagiarism checking and similarity index) files are uploaded on CMT. Authors can view them. There is no need to modify at this point. We will first review your paper. Extremely high similarity index papers are automatically rejected.
